About The Launch Team

The Launch Team are those people that will form, serve in, and launch a Encounter Church.

They will gather for Dream Team Meetings to explore, discuss, and determine foundational systems of Encounter Church in the context of our vision and core values.

The Launch Team will also develop specific strategies moving toward the public launch of our worship gatherings, small groups, and outward focus environments.

We ask each member of our launch team to embrace the 3 E's plus one.

ENCOUNTER

Serve strategically in Dream Team Meetings to publicly launch the Encounter worship gatherings

EXPERIENCE

Participate and 
grow as part of an 
Encounter LifeGroup (coming soon) or Discussion.

ENGAGE

Invest your life into those far from God, both personally and through Encounter Community Impact and awareness efforts

Give relationally and financially during your commitment with Encounter

PRACTICAL EXPECTATIONS

– 12-24 month time commitment
– Two meetings a month for Prayer/Gathering/Outreach planning
– Involvement in Discussions & Community Impact efforts
– Distribution of awareness materials
– Share with friends during prelaunch
– Ten friends on public launch date
– Worship gathering responsibilities
